Important information regarding 
New Account Opening Procedures 

Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

You will need the following pieces of information: 

  • Employment and income information for all applicants 
  • Estimated value of property
  • Name and balance on current mortgage(s)
  • Name and balance for accounts that are to be considered

You will be contacted by a Loan Officer  to review your application and decide on how to proceed.
