  To report lost or stolen card:

  Cardholders should call Collect when their cards are lost or stolen outside of the United States

Before traveling abroad please let us know by:

• Contacting us at 860 496-2152. (A request form will be mailed requesting your signature. Requests will NOT be processed until customers's signature is received.)
• Stop by one of our branches to complete and sign a request form.
• Using the TSB Internet banking website (for customers with access) submit a secure email.

Please provide us with the following information:

• The last eight digits of your card.
• Your first and last name as it appears on your card.
• Dates and destination of travel.

This will ensure uninteruppted use of your card.
