Before traveling abroad please let us know by:
- Contacting us at 860 496-2152. (A request form will be mailed requesting your signature. Requests will NOT be processed until customers's signature is received.)
- Stop by one of our branches to complete and sign a request form.
- Using the TSB Internet banking website (for customers with access) submit a secure email.
Please provide us with the following information:
- The last eight digits of your card.
- Your first and last name as it appears on your card.
- Dates and destination of travel.
This will ensure uninteruppted use of your card.
