Torrington Savings Bank has announced a $100,000 donation to LARC - The Arc of Litchfield County. This donation is for the “From the Ground Up” campaign at Camp MOE, a day camp for boys and girls 5 – 15 years old. Camp MOE is owned and operated by the Arc of Litchfield County, Inc. and is a camp for all children with and without special needs. Diversity and Respect are the backbone of Camp MOE. Camp is located on over 165 acres of beautiful woods in Litchfield County, Connecticut with miles of trails, a private pond, and lots of wildlife.
